The EVE Involuntary Data Export Tool is useful for when you want to involuntarily export all the happenings in your EVE chat channels to a 3rd party server. Whether you want to share your fleet chat with the other side in real time, or you just want to make your offline members feel like they're more at home, this is the program for you.

What you'll need is a working EVE client and a valid account. In order to monitor the chat channels, you must start the program *after* you have joined all the relevent channels. It works by reading the chatlogs the EVE client writes to the hard drive, and the EVE client only creates those files upon joining the channel. chat logging also needs to be turned ON.

Currently the only running server is located right here.

You need to sign up an account. The username and password will be used for writing the data, and it will also be used for reading it. It's also stored in clear text on the server so you can't say i didn't warn you.

Download the client here.

If you want to see an example of what comes out currently, try this example username and password for viewing purposes: mazz / mazz3. You can also share chat views with others with a simple URL. For example you can use a URL like this: Right here.

Enter a username and password in this form- you will use it to upload chats, and you will share this info with other people so they can see your chats.
